Pictures, Park and Rockets

First thing in the morning on Thursday, we dressed up the kids and took them to JCPenneys to get cousin pictures. Yes, that's twice in a week for my kids! This time we had ten to crowd together and pose. We got some cute shots of all of them as well as just the boys and the girls. We were only missing Kymani and Keyshon. After that fun morning, we fixed up a picnic lunch and headed to the "Castle Park" as my kids call it. They had lots of fun, even though it was pretty chilly and really windy!

After a short rest at home, we made rockets out of the 2 liter soda bottles we'd been saving, and with a borrowed launcher, used our air compresser and shot them off in the empty lot next door. Some went pretty far, and all of them were fast. It was so cold out that I took Mia inside after a few rockets, but the boys played for a while! Here are the pictures I got:
