On Saturday morning, bright and early, our family trooped over to the Scout Expo at the park. The kids had a lot of fun playing fun games and making cool crafts at the different booths. Kyle was excited to try his first "Space Derby" and he did pretty well considering his rubber bands kept breaking. The train was a highlight for everyone. Because we were out in the sun from 8 AM to 1 PM, we got a little sun. After going home for a rest we headed out again at 5:00 for a Family Fun Day that a local investment company was holding. We had a great time! We met my family there and had delicious (free!) tacos and played on the jumpy things. The kids got painted, ran races and got fun prizes. When we left there, we headed over to our friends' house for an Elder's Quorom ice cream social. The kids ate as much ice cream as they could, and we had a great time visiting. When we got home, the kids crashed in their beds! It was a fun and exhausting day! Here's a slideshow - I forgot my camera, so thanks for all the pictures Kira and Jim!
